Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Trilinguo apps and website (together, “Trilinguo”), published by Xeragus Technologies. By using Trilinguo you agree to these terms.

The service

Trilinguo is a language-learning reading app. It shows passages of text with translations so you can practice reading in another language. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

Accounts

Some features (sync across devices, free monthly page allowance, and Trilinguo+) require an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You may delete your account where the product provides that control, or by contacting us.

Free use and Trilinguo+

Without a paid plan, signed-in readers receive a limited number of free packed pages each calendar month (currently 40). Signed-out use may be further limited as a short trial on the device.

Trilinguo+ is an auto-renewable subscription that removes the free-page cap for unlimited reading while the subscription is active.

• Trilinguo+ Monthly — billed every month.
• Trilinguo+ Yearly — billed every year.

Prices are shown in the app and in the store listing for your region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID (or other store account) at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your device’s subscription settings (for example, Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iOS).

Acceptable use

You may use Trilinguo only for lawful personal, non-abusive purposes. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the service; scrape the catalog or translation cache at scale; or use the service to infringe others’ rights.

Content

Public-domain catalog books are provided for reading in the app. Translations and word-help material are generated or curated to support learning; they may contain errors. Do not rely on Trilinguo for professional, legal, or medical translation.

If you import your own files where the product allows it, you represent that you have the right to use that content with the app.

Privacy

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy. Please read it.

Disclaimer

Trilinguo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that translations will be complete or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xeragus Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of Trilinguo. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Trilinguo+ in the twelve months before the claim or (b) USD $50.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms. Material changes may also be reflected in store listings.
